Refund Policy

Refund for Web Hosting:

1. A client has seven days from the purchase to request a refund. He or she will only receive a 100% cashback using the same payment method.

2. The refund will be processed and sent within 48 business hours.

3. FairhostBD may file a lawsuit against any client in the event of any fraud, misrepresentation, or criminal activity.

4. Accounts that have been suspended or terminated are not eligible for a refund. See the reason why my account was suspended. You can open a support ticket from your account for further details.

6. We don't offer refunds on our dedicated/VPS servers.

7. We do charge $5 for some services and Free Migration for others. In case You Requested Migration and we did it,and if You claim a refund, the $5 Migration fee will be deducted from your Balance.
